snow removal, lawn care and apartment maintenance, so we personally
ensure a well-maintained community for your pleasure.
You will find added-value amenities
at Churchill Place that make your life less stressful. For
the convenience of our residents we accept Fed Ex and UPS packages
if they are not available to accept them. We will then deliver the
packages to their apartment.
Our community building includes an exercise
facility, a library, and high-speed internet access. Other community features
include 24-hour emergency maintenance, a car wash/vacuum area, a basketball
court and an 18-hole putting green beside a peaceful pond and fountain.
Each apartment at Churchill Place has its own garage equipped with
an electric garage door opener! Not only that, but garages are conveniently
located and have covered walkways to the main entrance of the building.
You won't need your umbrella or ice scraper!
